• The PII (name and email) is collected solely via Lemon Squeezy for:
  • Purchase validation (e.g., license issuance)
  • Customer support (e.g., inquiries, refunds)
• Text Cleanup Tools itself does not process, collect, or store any PII.
• We do not perform profiling, targeted advertising, or tracking beyond the purchase context.

3. Data Security

• All data is transmitted over HTTPS, ensuring encrypted transport.
• Lemon Squeezy is protected by two-factor authentication (2FA) and standard industry security measures.
• We adhere to the principle of least privilege—no unnecessary data is collected or accessed.
• The extension stores license keys and preferences locally in your browser or in your Airtable global configuration; nothing is stored on our servers.

4. Third-Party Services

• Lemon Squeezy handles all processing of purchase-related personal data. We do not share or transmit additional data to other third parties.
• We use an Azure isolated function API for facilitating license validation or backend support—but this API does not persist any user data; it merely relays information and then discards it.

5. Data Retention

• We do not retain logs, telemetry, or personal data ourselves.
• Only Lemon Squeezy retains user data; their retention policies apply. Please refer to their privacy documentation for details.
• Text Cleanup Tools maintains no retained user data.
